This deliciously sandy semolina cookie has a slight tang of strawberry to balance out the smooth rich chocolate date filling inside. Topped with a brush of sweet icing and you only need one, but you will want more.

SEMOLINA COOKIE: enriched durum flour, dates, butter, glutinous rice flour, enriched bleached wheat flour, egg, cocoa processed with alkali, sugar, chocolate, strawberries, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, vanilla bean extractives). Contains: Milk, Wheat, Eggs.
